TIPS YOU CAN USE TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF ON THE INSIDE
I use very simple but effective techniques that you can put to use everyday. For instance, just one of the tools I can use to help a client is:
- For him or her to visualize how they truly want to be. To see what they would see, hear what they would hear and feel how good they would feel. (I help my clients to become comfortable with this image, because when you have a clear picture of what you want, you’ll have a much better chance of achieving it.)
- Challenge limiting beliefs and overcome self sabotage habits.
- Mindset is very important. Feed you mind with positive information.
- Sooner than later, you’ll be Manifesting your Dreams
